For this project we had to choose a topic to do a 5-minute podcast on as well as create an album cover to go along with it. The artwork that went along with the podcast was a 1:1 scale that conveyed the podcast, and had to be exported in a 72ppi format.

PROCESS

This started off with trying to find a topic I could comfortably talk about for approximately 5 minutes. I played around with talking about games, music and a few other ideas before settling on books.

While looking for inspiration I happened across some photos of books in the form of computers and other technical devices and fell in love with the idea, as I thought about the perfect name. I went to work taking inspiration from the images I had and sketching out different versions of a logo. Finally, I settled on the typical book laptop and mouse and proceeded to make both stacked and horizontal versions. For the colours, I took inspiration from my SDesigns brand to help tie everything together.
